Hirotec has been providing turnkey solutions to our business partners The National Australia Bank for over 15 years. Their Bega Branch located in regional NSW is an original 1900’s build and the existing air conditioning installation is over 25 years old. This system was based on a smaller area and equally and open plan arrangement. Hirotec identified that the existing R22 refrigeration system had reached the end of its useful life and required replacement to achieve better comfort conditions, performance and lower running costs to the branch.
The Hirotec Projects Team conducted a full site review and assessment which identified that the existing system was under sized by approximately 8kw and selected a larger Actron Split Ducted System to complete the upgrade. Our internal and experienced Canberra team completed the majority of the decommission, removal and installation of the new system together long with the local support of electrical, rigging and waste management partners.
