Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident, sunt in culpa qui officia.

We believe that the long-term future of our business is best served by respecting the interests of all stakeholders. We actively look for opportunities to reduce our impact on the environment and to contribute to the well-being of those in communities less fortunate than ourselves.

PEOPLE & CULTURE

Real improvements can only be made by sharing resources, knowledge and power. We communicate our environmental policies, objectives and performance openly and honestly with our employees and to others with an interest in our activities, including customers, suppliers and contractors

ENVIRONMENT

Hirotec will ensure that sustainability for our clients, stakeholders, suppliers, employees, and the community is at the forefront of everything we do. Sustainability is integrated into our business processes, corporate culture and strategy – creating sustainable value for building owners, managers and their occupants.

COMMUNITY

Being a good corporate citizen involves respecting the rights of the communities in which we operate and acting in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. We believe in supporting communities in which our teams live and work, helping them build strong local community partnerships.

RESPONSIBLE SOURCING

Ethical and sustainable business practices drive Hirotec’s dedication to protecting human rights. We are a committed equal opportunity employer and abide by all fair labour practices. We will build a diverse workforce and drive an inclusive culture through networks and like-minded industry partners.

Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

At Hirotec respect is one of our key values. We always act with integrity and honesty and seek open and transparent interaction in all our dealings. We respect each other and acknowledge the diversity of our employees and clients. In alignment with our core values, we aspire and commit to including and supporting the Indigenous community though our business practices, employment, education and training.

Our organization has implemented an Indigenous Engagement Policy and is developing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) because we live by the principles of diversity and inclusion. Our vision for reconciliation is that we are able to make a sustainable contribution to closing the gap in employment, career and business opportunities between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.

Hirotec Board of Management is committed to purposeful and targeted actions with the goal of delivering tangible outcomes. By building and strengthening meaningful engagement and respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, there is scope to develop mutually beneficial opportunities within our industry and community. The Customer Service Team is the Hirotec Customer Service Centre’s (HCSC) team dedicated to managing customer response. They use a variety of integrated systems to manage customer interface and experience.
