Paul joined Hirotec after a career in Chartered Accounting. He has been instrumental in growing the Hirotec Group to where it is today, focusing on business management, strategic operations and the development of people within the organisation. Paul is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Phil has a broad experience base having held a number of senior Management roles across several disciplines in public listed and private companies in services, manufacturing, sales and distribution areas. Phil strengths include Finance Management and control, IT management, Sales Management, General Management, business process re-engineering and improvement, A passion and commitment to deliver financial and operational excellence through people development at all levels of the organisation.

Marie is a Certified Academic member of the Australian HR Institute with over 20 years’ experience. Holding a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations coupled with a Master of Human Resource Management, she has demonstrated proven success in driving the HR strategy to meet business directives.
General Manager Strategic Development
Alan is an experienced General Manager with over 25 years industry experience. He has completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Deakin University specialising in leadership and communication. Alan has an extensive background in business expansion, greenfield start-ups and development of long standing B2B relationships. Alan also manages relationships with key national customers across the business.
