Air Cond./Refrigeration Technician
NSW
The Air Conditioning/Refrigeration
Technician will be trade qualified and possess a minimum
of 5 years experience in the HVAC industry.
Knowledge in general air chillers
and BMS control systems is desirable. The successful
Technician must be able to generate work through excellent
customer relationships and an ability to identify required
works.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for their productive
performance of maintenance, breakdown and quoted works
on mechanical plant.
- Manage own customer portfolio and
maintenance run throughout allocated NSW region.
- Reporting directly to allocated
Customer Service Supervisor and liaising regularly
with the Customer Service Centre.
- Contribute in after hours support.
- Involvement in staff training incorporating
technical and administrative issues.
- Maintain a high level of industry
awareness so as to enable informed recommendations
to management on possible functional improvements
in business operation.
