Brief
	To provide facilities maintenance services including: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and fire services on various tenanted buildings and public facilities throughout the Sydney Olympic Park complex at Homebush.
Results
Hirotec undertook the hand over transition of this contract with a transparent rollout to the customer. Hirotec meet with Park representatives at monthly ‘Alliance Meeting’ to review contract deliverable’s, KPI’s and strategic planning. The State Sports Centre was recently added to our site portfolio.
