Brief
Supply and installation of 155 fan coil units, air
cooled chiller piping reticulation and electrics
of all associated building works and attendance.
The Merewether Building comprises four levels. Facilities
include computer labs, seminar and lecture rooms,
and individual offices for academic and administrative
staff.
Total value $650K
Results
Hirotec were engaged as project manager and head
contractor. The entire project was undertaken with
the building fully occupied by staff and students.
The enabled to continued utilisation of the facility
whilst upgrade works were being undertaken.
