Refurbishment of mechanical services including the
supply and installation of 36 fume cupboards complete
with underbenches and extraction systems. Variable
air volume systems providing tempered supply air
to the laboratories and special purpose supply of
exhaust ventilation systems.

Results
The existing Chemistry Building at the University
was to be fully refurbished in two stages. Hirotec’s
experience working in medical facilities and laboratories
provided an excellent insight into the requirements
of the project. The facility is currently being
utilised by the University.
