Gavin Patridge

Advisor & Chairman
Prior to starting a growth consultancy which specialises in assisting CEO’s and owners of SME’s grow the value of their businesses, Gavin was the MD and COO of George Patterson Bates, Australia’s largest Advertising Agency, and APAC Regional Director for Cordiant, on the world’s top marketing Communications’ Groups. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and sits on a number of Boards in a variety of market sectors. Gavin holds a Master’s Degree from Cambridge University.  

Mark Sicari

Executive Director and CEO
Prior to Mark joining Hirotec, Mark’s experience expands in the Sales and Marketing area in the manufacturing industry. This led Mark to develop his skills in global sales and international markets across Europe and Asia Pacific. Mark has a Master’s in Business from the University of Technology Sydney and a diploma in Property & real estate management from the University of Western Sydney. Mark has been actively involved in developing Hirotec in to the market leader it is today. Mark also sits on the Board of Directors guiding strategy, growth and business compliance. Mark is a Certified Practising Marketer and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul Sicari

Executive Director
Paul joined Hirotec in 1997 after several years in Chartered Accounting. His accounting experience has enabled him to utilise his skills in all facets of the business. Paul has been instrumental in growing the Hirotec Group to where it is today, focussing on business management, strategy and the development of people within the organisation. Paul is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), has completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Arjan Van Ameyde

Chief Financial Officer
Arjan recently worked for Asciano Ltd, in which Arjan was responsible for the financial management of capital projects with specific focus on large capital investment infrastructure projects. Arjan has been the Divisional FM for Norfolk Group Ltd that included turnover of more then $330 million in the mechanical, fire and facility management services fields. At Norfolk, Arjan oversaw a period of successful growth which in turn has positioned the business for the future. Arjan is a chartered accountant and fellow CPA. Arjan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Hirotec in the strategic financial areas.

Alan Dunn

General Manager Strategic Development
Alan is an experienced General Manager with over 25 years industry experience. He has completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Deakin University specialising in leadership and communication. Alan has an extensive background in business expansion, greenfield start-ups and development of long standing B2B relationships. Alan’s recent experience has seen him in a capacity of senior roles with various multinational organisations. Alan’s role takes responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of Hirotec, its people and resources.

Anthony Creed

National Engineering & Construction Manager
Anthony is an experienced account and business management professional with formal qualifications. Anthony has a ‘Higher National Distinction of Mechanical Engineering’ (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration). Anthony has experience in all facets of management and administration including international expertise, managing multiple projects concurrently across numerous sites, working in remote locations, managing projects within operational environments where minimising disruption is critical to operations, managing and communicating with user groups that include multiple stakeholders, ability to generate cost savings. Anthony has extensive experience in the strategic development of Key Accounts & Major Project bids, which makes Anthony such a valued team member.

Manny De Bono

National WHSEQ & Compliance Manager
Manny De Bono is an experienced HSE professional with over 18 years experience including 12 years in National roles across various high risk industries such as Power Distribution, National Transport/Logistics and HVAC. Manny started his working career as an electrician and moved from the tools into supervision, training and eventually safety . Manny has a vast knowledge of Health and Safety and has the unique ability to use that knowledge to provide practical solutions to fit within the operational requirements of a business and drive the Zero Harm culture across Hirotec.
