Hirotec expands their education foot print across Victoria with Monash and Deakin University

Hirotec have been awarded the mechanical and fire / essential services maintenance contract(s) for various Monash University sites across Victoria.

The contracts include:
• Inspection, testing and maintenance of all mechanical and fire services.
• Efficient and effective management of all mechanical and fire services.
• Compile and maintain a mechanical and fire asset register.
• Develop a mechanical and fire asset life cycle plan and asset replacement program.

Furthermore, Deakin University has extended their long term partnership with Hirotec by extending their existing contract to service and maintain all mechanical services across Victoria for a further term.

“These contracts continue our momentum of existing and new business across the education sector” said Hirotec General Manager – Business Development, Walter Rafin.

“In particular, the Deakin University extension demonstrates our strategic foothold in this key sector and reinforces our long term approach with clients.”
